Each plan includes an amount of AI spend every month. Go past it and you pay a small amount for each extra $250 - Basic 3%, Pro 2%. You can set a monthly spending limit from your dashboard, and we show your running total and where it is heading before the bill arrives.
We bill on your AI spend plus what we save you. Today those are the same number, because nothing has been saved yet. As Lineman cuts your bill the split changes, but the total does not, so this estimate holds.
Above about $3,250 a month, Pro costs less than Basic and includes budgets, alerts and the SLA.
Every plan includes the full Cost Explorer and the token-saving tool. Plans differ by allowance, tracked spend, data history, and the budgets, alerts and support on the higher tiers.

Everything above this line says what each plan contains. This is the part that decides it. Lineman is priced as a share of the AI spend it accounts for: above the amount included each month, Pro charges $5.00 for every $250 tracked, and Basic $7.50. So the question is not whether the plan is affordable. It is whether the rest of the bill can keep going out unattributed.

A provider console can show you an API key and a total. The 2% is what puts a developer, a repository, a branch and a ticket against the rest of it.

Lineman is an MCP server that runs alongside your AI coding assistant. When your assistant calls a data-heavy tool, Lineman intercepts the result and returns a compressed summary, cutting cloud-LLM token spend without changing your workflow.
Subscriptions renew on the same date each month or year. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Consumers buying a paid plan are asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply of the digital service, which waives the 14-day cancellation right under the 2013 Regulations once supply has begun. Business buyers (those who supply a VAT number, registered company name, or business email at signup) are not subject to the consumer cancellation regime. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that the service must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, are not affected by anything on this page.
